Here are a few oft asked questions with answers...

    RESERVATIONS
During the season, May-December, reservations can be made at 216 401-5131. (This phone is turned off from January-April.) When you call and get our recorded message, simply leave your name, date of show, how many and your phone number. Reservations for WINGENSTOCK 7 Concerts can by made at 216 624-3916.

    PAYMENT
You can pay at the box office the evening or day of the show. There are no advanced sales or tickets. And, sorry, we don't take plastic. The barn was built in 1905 and we like to keep it that way.
    Cash and checks only.

    PARKING
Yes, there is parking...1. Right in front of the barn, 2. To the canal side of the barn, 3. Across the street from the barn when the ground is dry and 4. Across Canal Road beside the canal there is Cuyahoga Valley National Park parking. Parking is free and usually there will be someone out front to direct you.

    HANDICAP PARKING and ACCESS
There is designated handicap parking near the barn. In some cases, folks can drive their vehicle right up to our entrance behind the barn to drop off those who use wheelchairs or walkers. There is a ramp at our main entrance and we are always there to help folks in and out of the barn.

    BATHROOM FACILITIES
There is a lovely Porta-Potty located behind the barn just like a number of venues in the park. As of this writing it is not a large, wheelchair accessible one.

    SEATING
Seating is first come, first severed or non-reserved seating. But, don't worry. So far there is always room and good seats at our shows. We have a wide collection of chairs and benches. CAN WE BRING OUR OWN CHAIRS?  Yes, if you wish. Some folks bring camping chairs, especially to our WINGENSTOCK Concerts. You can, but you don't have to.

    PICINICS and FOOD
YES! All are encouraged to bring picnics, snacks, water and drinks to our shows and concerts. We always offer water, soda, crackers and cookies at our concession stand but you can certainly bring your own.  We have a number of lovely picnic tables in and around the barn. Picnics are welcomed an hour before every theatre performance and 2 hours before every WINGENSTOCK Concert.

    BARN RENTALS
Do you rent the barn out for weddings and parties?  Yes and no.  We might have a few open dates at the barn during the season. Please address all inquiries to Bill Hoffman at [email protected] .
